HEIDI RENTZ AULT & ZANDER AULT
Heidi and Zander met at the University of Montana, Missoula in 2005. Driven by their collected love for outdoor adventure travel, the two of them have pursued careers as professional guides and farm direct chefs over the past 20 years. The bicycle is their vehicle for exploration, community development, and personal growth as they lead others through transformational journeys around the world. When Heidi & Zander aren't operating cycling trips they keep themselves busy at home in Patagonia, Arizona running their beer & wine bar; The Patagonia Lumber Company, a small bike shop; Patagonia Bikes, operating their micro hotel/airbnb properties; The Gravel House & hosting their annual 100 mile gravel race; The Spirit World 100.
The Cyclist's Menu, their biggest passion and most fun "work". A shared experience where guests enter into a hyper focused week, local community & food sheds are fostered, monumental gravel and road rides are lived, and the creative space to experience your potential as an athlete and active human is witnessed in a dynamic group environment. These ingredients are whisked together as you travel with Heidi, Zander and their eclectic band of cycling misfits.
The Cyclist's Menu is one big family and we're thrilled to invite more to the table as we head into our 10th year operating gravel and road camps. No matter what challenges arise, both nationally and globally, it's our goal to create a safe, fun, and memorable experience. We hope to 'ride bikes eat food' with you soon.
Teeth to the wind!
